  I had purchased a brand new pair of shoes, but there seemed to be a defect with them as they were already wearing out and the insoleg wyas peeling off after just *one* day of use. The staff were very accommodating and allowed me to exchange my shoes for a different pair due to the defect with the shoes I initially bought. I'm much happier with the newer shoes I have now, and I'm very happy with how reasonable and helpful the staff were with my issue!

  The shoe company is a good place to buy different brands footwear. But the staff here is judgemental. The female employee who was on shift wasn't behaving appropriately with customers. That was really surprising for me and the customers who were present at that time. They should work on the customer service. They were having good offers on footwear but it was owing to the behaviour of that employee, I went from the place without having anything.

  Store is big & bright. Well stocked & clean. Sales associates are friendly and helpful. Always ready to answer any questions you have, and are present on the floor.
