A great trip! I was hesitant to go after I’d searched Masonville Mall for hours looking for decent prices on ASICS. Angeli found me what I was looking for in seconds. I still tried a few pairs out of curiosity, but she knew just what I needed. I walked out with the purchase of the first shoes she found me!
It’s a joy to see staff so helpful and knowledgeable! After a dreadfully uneventful afternoon, I find myself smiling with my new pair of shoes and the best costumer service I’ve had in ages.
Please make sure to give Angeli a bonus for this one, because I’ll definitely be back for my next pair!
Really unimpressed with the experience I had yesterday (Oct 5th 2025).
I went in to get a pair of shoes. I watched as my payment went through and the machine told me it was approved, yet on their end the receipt came out saying it wasnt. I checked my bank account and I could see the $125 was taken out. I showed the cashier. I had to stand there for 25 minutes while the manager tried to figure out the issue. I showed the payment on my end, I ended up calling my bank to confirm the payment and time stamp. She kept saying "i just need to confirm it went through" even though I repeatedly gave her proof it did. Resulting in me having to stand there for nearly 30 minutes waiting while I had other things to do.
I really think this was poor customer service in the end. She barely even spoke to me, or offered any reassurance during this as I was stuck there waiting while she was on the phone the entire time. It wasted my time, and it was honestly frustrating that I gave her proof including calling my bank right infront of her and other customers, and she still made me wait that long to "confirm" on her end. She also stated this has happened once before, so maybe the store should get their machines fixed before this happens to another person. I won't be returning as I do not want to experience that again. Making a customer wait that long for an issue on YOUR end is ridiculous.
Oh and not to mention, not a single person came to offer me help the entire time I was shopping around for shoes. I actually had to go hunt down a worker to ask a question about sizes.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for over seven years and have always had good experiences until today. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. There was no one available on the floor to help, and when I got to the cashier, the service was unacceptable.
The cashier, whose name I believe is Hailey, was on her phone for over five minutes before even acknowledging me. She was rude and dismissive, and to make matters worse, she didn’t even bother to properly bag my purchase. She literally tossed the bag toward me, and I had to pack the shoes myself.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this kind of customer service is unacceptable. I hope the management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on a store I’ve trusted and supported for years.

Went to go shop for shoes at 8:20pm on a Saturday when the store is open till 9pm but when I went to open the doors. It was locked. This was on Saturday July 5th, whoever was out supervising that day closed the doors before closing time and seemed like he was done with customers/people for the day. If the store is supposed to stay open till a specific time it should be
