  Un friendly and rude staff. Even the manager was disappointing. Looking for answers from the junior staff and blindly relying on the staff. Definitely deserves 0 ⭐️. No wonder the store was empty. With such pathetic customer service, nobody would want to buy stuff from this store.

  I bought a pair of wedge heels for my wife for a special occasion. She wore the shoe from car to the venue and the shoe would not sit on the feet it opened as she walked and was impossible to keep the shoe on. She has to be in her flip flops for the event she had bought the shoe which was embarrassing and discomforting. We went to the store today at the Burlington Central Mall and it were further disheartining with the return policy as the associate suggested she should have worn the shoe for first half an hour at home to check the fits and then gone out. The store associate and manger said they can not return the shoe as it was worn for 5 minutes and showed some marks. My question is what about the product quality and reliability if they can see some marks within couple of minutes of wearing the product or its just an excuse for a bad return policy. Escalating the matter to management now and hope some resolution.
