  I purchased 2 pairs of shoes here 2 days ago. I was in a rush and trying several pairs of shoes on, going back and forth, and not making up my mind. The store Manager was absolutely amazing. He put shoes away while I tried on other pairs, he found me sizes. He was kind, patient, and his level of customer service was beyond. I actually didn't even realize it was the Store Manager because he was on the floor interacting with everyone and being so helpful. When I went to pay I saw his name tag and noticed his title. Wonderful human, great experience. Highly recommend this store.

  Who is this stores district manager! Just read a whole lot of reviews very similar to how I’m feeling right now. We just spent 20 +minutes looking for a pair of Birkenstocks for my husband - not a cheap shoe. Three employees on the floor, including the floor manager Tina had not once asked if we needed assistance, not one greeted us when we walked in and there was literally only a couple of other people in there. District manager needs to deal with this ASAP! Saturday, May 10th, between 3:00pm-4:00pm.

  I was in on Saturday and had an issue with a return from another shoe company so I came to the shoe company at the stone road mall and I had great customer service from Ashley the cashier and the two managers on duty Sohil and Tina. They were able to resolve my issue quick and efficiently.
