  Had a really good experience shopping at The Shoe Company today! I was looking for working shoes, and the staff were welcoming and happy to help me find just the right pair. They have a great variety and plenty of discounted items to choose from. The two women on duty were super friendly and made the whole visit easy and comfortable. Definitely planning to come back for another pair soon

  I was having a very hard time finding shoes in my size in both the clearance and main area of the store, and was wandering back and forth between sections struggling for at least twenty minutes while the employees on duty lingered at the cash chatting with each other. I wasn't the only customer being ignored, either. I noted two other solo shoppers that weren't being spoken to. However, when a family of four arrived, they were immediately greeted and assisted. Maybe they were seen as the bigger potential sale? I'm not sure what was going on, but I ended up walking out the door and buying my dress shoes two doors over at Winners.
