  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Poor customer service. No one was available to help when I needed assistance, and the cashier was very slow. Another employee was nearby but seemed hesitant to step in. Overall, the staff didn’t seem interested in helping customers, which made for a frustrating experience.

  Extremely disappointing experience at this location. I placed an online order for in-store pickup—shoes were clearly in stock, but after two days of no updates, I went to the store. The shoes were on the shelf, but the cashier (employee #11773) rudely refused to fulfill or cancel the order. I had to buy another pair just to get the shoes in time. Later that day, I returned to exchange the size, and the same employee refused the return, claiming the shoes were worn (they weren’t). Her attitude was hostile and disrespectful. I felt unwelcome and even judged—whether because of my skin color or appearance, I can’t be sure, but it was incredibly upsetting. Afterward, I saw many Google reviews mentioning this same employee’s rude behavior—clearly not a one-time issue. Shopping should be enjoyable, not a place where customers feel disrespected or discriminated against. Avoid this store.

  Lots of shoes for everyone but the staff is rude.
