This isn’t a review for this location but the Customer Service of the company. I ordered Uggs online and received two different shoes. When I immediately contacted customer service I was told there is no more in stock to send me a proper pair and if I wanted a refund for the faulty product I’d have to return them. I ordered online because I don’t have time to purchase in store or make returns. Very disappointed that I paid for a product they don’t have and now I have to spend my time returning these mismatched shoes to get a refund because of their mistake, and I won’t even be able to get the correct shoes I ordered after all the work. Are they planning on selling the faulty pair again?

Kennedy was extremely helpful in trying to find me sandals that would work with my orthotics. She was courteous, friendly and treated me like a valued customer. I just wish there was more of a selection in larger sizes. Thank you.
