  The manager here is just the nicest guy. I've noticed how friendly he is a few times, but it really showed most recently when I came to return a pair of shoes that were the wrong size for my little one. The thing is, the sketchers box is designed to be like a coloring book, and she had colored all over it when I wasn't looking..I asked them if it was still acceptable as a return, the cashier looked over at him and he just smiled the warmest smile and laughed and said it was fine and that it actually made it even better. I was worried they wouldn't accept it and instead left with a big smile on my face. You don't get a ton of interaction with staff at a self serve place like this, but he really makes all the interactions count! It makes me want to come back everytime :)
