  This store is completely careless about customers. We purchased a pair of shoes and nobody even cared to take off any tags. The same carelessness showed as we were informed about a welcome bonus of 10$ when you make a new account with "The Shoe Company". On our receipt, as we made a pretty big purchase we did not see the promotion. One of the staff members kept on rambling about the fact that they applied the sale when really, they did not ( we calculated the purchase at the register ). Overall an unpleasant experience. Now we need to drive all the way to another store to get the tag removed. Thank you to Sam (one of the staff members) for being the only one that assisted in our unpleasant situation.

  On November 23 I chose a pair of boots but since there wasn't the size I needed the worker at the store placed an order for me online. While ordering I was told I would receive my order on the 26th or the 29th. On November 26th, I haven't even received any information regarding the status of my order. I called twice to customer service, and no help and answer was provided. They said they're looking for the right size and that the date I'm supposed to receive my shoes is unknown. Since the package wan't even made I asked for a refund, and the answer that I received was a no! From my experience I do not recommend the services this store has to offer. The staff are uneducated.
