  Had an awful experience trying to return a pair of winter boots purchased online. The delivery was delayed which is not the stores fault. When I finally received the boots they didn’t fit well so I went 3-4 days later to return the boots. The staff at the counter( associate 18969- I couldn’t get a Name insisted that I had worn the boots outside and was then returning them. No amount of explanation worked with him. Fortunately his supervisor had a more stable mind and was able to sort it out for me. It is 25 plus degrees outside. Who in their right mind would wear a pair of winter boots outside.

  I am very disappointed with the change in their return policy. Instead of bringing the printed receipt from inside the box (that comes with the shoes when you order online) you actually have to search for and find the order email and show that to them at the store before they will refund you.
