  Just bought a pair of shoes there today and it’s my first time coming to this location. The girl at the cashier was acting rude and unfriendly when I do not want to provide my email for the receipt.

  The manager having a huge attitude, not helpful at all , everything just tell me to call customer service without even try, and I needed the shoes don't just say give me a refund. He is not trying to help me replace my shoes since u guys lost it. Horrible service don't go there. Is been a month I still didn't get my shoes.

  I want to recognize the outstanding service I received from Sobi, the store supervisor. My original online order had a quality defect and broke within a week. I then placed an in-store replacement order, but unfortunately, it wasn’t delivered for over a month. When I came into the store to explain my situation, Sobi went above and beyond to help me. She reached out to the customer service department on my behalf and expedited the resolution. She also explained clearly what had happened and what the next steps would be, which made me feel informed and cared for throughout the process. I really appreciate her professionalism, patience, and support – this was definitely a great customer experience. Thank you, Sobi!
