  Great service! A staff member with short mullet/blue hair was super helpful and quick! We got a pair of red ballet flats! And because of a crooked bow, was given a discount. Overall, super nice experience

  Disappointed as the open sign was on yet the the door was closed shut, just got off my night shift and wanted to go look at some new shoes. Need more 24 hour businesses in this town. Would’ve payed good $$

  Ethan at Port Alberni location was beyond AMAZING! Not only helped picking out trendy and styles for my special needs daughter. But also allowed me to take a shoe out of the store to try it on for her. Thanks again.
