  Such a bad service and there was a male employee he was super rude.. no customer service nothing just complete disrespect.. i spent so much money in this store just to get treated like this.

  Mae helped me find a pair of shoes at another location and had them ordered in to the St.Albert location. They arrived much earlier than expected. She was a great help. I would definitely return and I sure appreciated her helpful and pleasant personality!

  Self-service, except at cash. Wide assortment. Always a sale corner. Competitive prices. Can find good deals.

  Went in looking to purchase some sandals. There were some near the door that looked like men's. I asked if that was it. I took the response to be yes. I was disappointed and ready to leave, but decided to look around. I found several nice ladies sandals. Not once was I approached and asked if I needed help. So, I struggled in all my winter gear to try a few on. I found a pair and went up to pay. There was nobody there. Waited for a bit then called out. I was the only customer in the store! Huge fail in customer service! Apparently the lady I talked to when I first walked in said there were other sandals. I didn't hear it. I didn't even get a "sorry".
