I bought sketchers safety shoe from this shoe company and today I visit there after receiving mail from customer care for possible exchange as I enter there, young boy welcome us with smile but when we go to the counter, store manager started yelling even I didn't tell a single word, instead of giving possible solution she just blame me for I wore it, my question did I tell her I didn't wear it, no and then she said I cut it I'm not a stupid after spending 100 dollar cut my shoe with sharp thing and ask for return to the store by wasting my time. Please learn how to be behave with customers and one more thing, in my life I would never ever visit this shoe company for buying single pair of shoe it does not matter how much discount they give. Worst experience ever of my life.

I was in Friday morning just looking for a pair of comfortable slip ons, and I have to say after this experience I will be coming back! The staff at this location is absolutely lovely and they have such a great vibe to them! I was even having a great time talking to Sinisa about comfortable shoes and let me tell you she helped me find the perfect pair! She was telling me how she just started and she wasn’t the most knowledgeable. But she wasn’t afraid to ask her superiors for their advice. And truthfully I’ve started my fair share of jobs and it can be super overwhelming. But I appreciate that she was straightforward and honest with me. Hell she even gave me the courage to get shoes out of my colour confidence cause she told me as long as I love them it doesn’t matter what others say!
Again I give this whole team a 5 ⭐️

If The Shoe Company wanted to drive customers away, hiring the current manager as well as the new sales associate “Sinisa” was a genius move. Her brand of “customer service” is all rudeness, arrogance, shaming and hostility… like she’s doing you a favour by letting you exist in the store. Congratulations, Shoe Company, you’ve officially made shopping here unbearable once again.

I had an awful experience at this location today. Sinisa, along with the manager who was present, did not provide even the most basic level of customer service. Their attitude and lack of professionalism made the entire interaction unpleasant, and it’s clear that this kind of treatment drives customers away rather than welcoming them back. Very disappointing experience.
