  I dont know if I want to laugh or cry. I came in for an exchange and this lady was so unreasonably strcit. She put her entire nose into the shoes! Took deep sniffs for a whole minute... found nothing wrong with the shoes and proceeds to convince me that I wore them because, and I kid you not, there was one rock the size of a grain of sand stuck under the shoe...
