  I just had the pleasure at shopping at the shoe company in Vernon, big shout out to Sandeep and Nicole what amazing customer service, good customer service is just so hard to find nowadays, but these two girls were a perfect representation of what a company should be. Their attitude was bubbly and they were happy to help with any needs I had. Just a 10/10 place! Definitely will be returning!!💗

  I got a pair of awesome winter boots at this place yesterday, and was cash out by a very unfriendly and not particularly small and looking very mean woman, next time, put a 😃 on your face when you serve someone particularly when they are from la belle province of Quebec, Merci beaucoup...😎...

  Friday December 8th about 10:30 in the morning went into your Vernon Store four other customers already inside the store. Proceeded to look around two sales people standing at till laughing and giggling no greeting or help to any customers. I found what I was looking for not once did they pay any attention to any customers in the store. Proceeded to the til asked it I found what I needed I said a little customer service would have been nice. She snapped back ask for it gee always thought customer service was what employees do not customers. They ignored eight people who came a went not one was acknowledged. Great way to run a business. Had I been able to find these boots else where I assure you you would not have got this. Customer service should be freely given. Passed the store later still standing at the till on cell phones customers going in an out. Your not worth 2 star very very bad service!!!!!

  Shoes were good, lady was way too pushy when I wouldn't leave my email then quite standoff-ish afterwards
