  Visited this location 15 October. Outstanding service from the 2 ladies particularly from Lia. Super helpful and very nice ladies. Highly recommended to check this store out.

  employees are good at shoe company and they have manners of talking to customers. whereas soft moc has no manners of talking to customer’s. even manager at soft moc is not nice they treat customers like garbage. but shoe company is best!!!!!

  I went into The Shoe Company in Lynden Mall in Brantford Ontario to pick up my Birkenstocks I had ordered. There was a gentleman and a lady there. His name is Shakila and her name is Malak. They were so amazing. He was a huge help for me looking for accessories. He went above and beyond. She was wonderful as well. They were so pleasant. I was very impressed. I will be returning thank you to these two. The Shoe Company should be honoured to have these two employees working in their store.
