  One staff member was rude in particular (I think everyone who shopped here knows who it is). I was ignored multiple times while shopping here and the customer service was lacklustre. Also, forced me to provide contact information when paying, otherwise they would not sell to me.

  Just went to buy my first rain boots ever and the clearance price was already so cheap but they also applied an additional discount. What touched me was that they were concerned about my birthday discount expiring (I had 2 offers and couldnt apply both to 1 checkout) but I already have too much stuff. In a world where everything keeps getting expensive, especially in brick/mortar stores, I appreciate this kind of gesture. Also, I was first interested in The Shoe Company because they’re affiliated with Soles4Souls which is a better way to donate gently used shoes since lots of thrift stores throw away their donations. It’s more likely that your shoes will go to someone and you can accumulate points for future savings.

  The manager is a lovely lady who tries to help and understand her customers. I truly appreciate the service I received.
