  If I could give negative stars I would. I went looking for a pair of dress shoes for work. I was prepared to spend quite a lot on a good pair. The atmosphere as soon as we walked in could only be described as bargain basement discounted to clear, which is fine if that's the type of store I was looking for. No one greeted us or even spoke to us the entire time we were there, and I have 30yrs experience in customer service so I'm aware this is a fast way to lose sales. Then while looking for shoes for me, my husband came upon an "employee" wandering around with their boyfriend, completely ignoring customers. My children were helping to find shoes, which were not always in the correct box. Honestly, everything was a mess. We spent probably 30-45 minutes and left empty handed, having never even been spoken to.

  Brand new location. No acknowledgement or greeting from staff when entering the store. Literally leaning on the register counter. Multiple people in the store, not a single associate walked around to see if anyone needed help finding anything. The 2 staff standing behind the counter were talking about their hangovers and how long it takes for them to recover from it. I used to manage a location in Edmonton and this kind of behavior/etiquette was completely unacceptable.
