I don’t even want to give a 1 star! This place used to be good, but I’ve stopped going only because there is 1 person I will never allow to my dogs. I brought them to there appointment 5 minutes early, was needing to get to work, and the lady behind the counter threw her hands up and slammed them on the counter. I’ve dealt with this lady before and I brushed it off the first time thinking she was just having a bad day, second time, there’s something wrong. I have spoken to the owner and she’s very nice! She’s the one that made the appointment for me!

Our dog is groomed here and stays here some times. The owner and groomer are great and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I will never allow my dog to stay at the Shaggy dog in Dallas because my dog lost a lot of weight when he was there. It's sad 😞 I feel bad for my dog and my dog is a tiny dog too. We paid a lot of money for horrible caring and I say horrible caring because they allowed my dog to lose a lot of weight when I was on vacation for 11 days. Plus one of the ladies was rude.

The new people here are terrible. Been going here for years and won’t be back. When your dog is whining but another person has to say “he is telling you it hurts”. That’s where I draw the line. Everything changes and it’s not for the better. If your dogs matter to you, then take them elsewhere. It takes certain types of people to take care of animals and I think they need to hire a completely new staff that understands how to care for animals. My mechanic took care of my car better then they took care of my dog
