  This group of realtors really goes above and beyond for their clients! We purchased through the Sell South Florida Team in 2021 and we STILL feel appreciated by them as a client. They don’t just walk away after the papers are signed. They continue to find ways to hold events to let everyone know they are still part of the team, even after your well on your way into enjoying your new home.

  Ashley Baillio is the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. We met her initially at an open house. We were so impressed by her openness and honesty. She understood quickly exactly what we were looking for and what was important to us in a home. She and her team worked tirelessly to help us find the right place. We always felt that our needs and best interest were her primary concern. When we found the right house for us she quickly and skillfully negotiated the purchase. Needless to say, if we ever move again, we will be going back to Ashley.
