- CDCaroline DunlapApr 26, 20251.0Posted one affordable price, no mention of it being a ‘one month special’ on the website, only to find out upon arriving to tour that a.) they didn’t even know if it was tourable even though I scheduled a tour, and b.) the rent would increase by almost $350 after the ‘special’ was over. Unimpressed and unhappy. Scummy practices. Look someplace else, I wouldn’t trust them. Don’t desk girl was nice, though it seems like an actual manager should be in charge if she isn’t sure about anything.
