  Have had many great experiences from the beginning of our house purchase process and as we near the end with this builder! Jenna and Nate have absolutely gone above and beyond making us feel welcomed, transparent with information, as well as just great people to converse with. We look forward to many years here at The Sanctuary!

  Love my place, but I have to say I’m very disappointed in William Ryan Homes’ representatives. When we chose to move here, we truly believed we would be taken care of until the board takes over. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. Multiple emails go unanswered, the team seems to pick and choose who they respond to, and the landscaping is poorly maintained ( All facts, got picture to back it up) our grass is completely gone. It feels like they sell you the dream just to fill homes, but when it comes to customer service & care, they fall short. If I had to do it again, I would have gone with another builder. They don’t seem to care about the families who live here. If you want the real story, drive around and ask the residents; it speaks for itself.

  Beautiful family-oriented neighborhood in Babcock Ranch. Bonus points for being within walking distance to Bluebird Park. Decorated models are lovely.
