Thank you for being so kind to my 2 little pups. It was their first time away from home and they were skittish. You made them feel more at ease.

My dogs love The Ruff House! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have one dog that is a social butterfly which loves everyone and all dogs. But my other dog is timid/nervous with anything/one new to her. I love that they have an option for her so she gets to enjoy daycare as well. The staff is working with her in the small group class until she eventually feels confident to move in regular daycare. Very happy with how they treat my babies. My dogs come home happy and socialized. Just look at their smiles! Thank you Ruff House!

I had a Newfoundland who did not like Daycare or Boarding at two other facilities. After a visit or two she would not even get out of the car! I started her at the Ruff House and was amazed that she was anxious to get inside. I now have a shelter dog, very shy and skittish. He had his temperament test and I boarded him one night at the Ruff House. I had no trouble getting him to go happily back into the building. I don’t know what they do with the dogs but they seem to really love it there. And that makes me love it there!

My dog Clark Griswold was there today for daycare. He came back pooped! We use them for boarding also. When I check him in he never looks back at me!!
