Usually my dogs are boarded together and unfortunately recently one of them passed away. I was going away on a planned vacation and was very worried about my other dog since they always had each other. Once I dropped Brix off, I let the front desk receptionist know that Brix may have a little anxiety or sadness due to being by himself and she completely understood. Throughout his stay (8 days) we received multiple updates and pictures. I want to give a very special thanks to Petience! She constantly sent updates, reassured me that he was okay and made sure to give him special one on one time. Not once did I worry about Brix as I knew he was in great hands. My boy has some ptsd from life & I have never felt less than supported at RuffHouse… they work with his reactiveness towards other dogs & are so good to him. Each time I bring my boy, he happily trots in & “pibble smiles” & that says so much more than I ever could. I love adding the room service of frozen yogurt & play time to his stay. The post-vacation report card was cute too, it's clear she was well loved while I was away! The online booking process was easy, I just uploaded my dog's current vet records and it was approved the next day. This was our second time using Ruff House Stay & Play and definitely won't be the last!
