  No heat , no air conditioning on upper level paper thin walls no privacy parking is a nightmare and they over charge , don’t recommend it at all

  TO ANYONE LOOKING INTO OR LIVES AT THE ROW APARTMENTS My fiance posted about how the row is charging us month to month fees even though we have a signed lease. They refused to talk to us and try to correct anything, and it didnt matter. We had court today and the judge said we should have just paid the fees and then contested them even though we dont have extra money to pay fees we shouldnt have to. The judge sided with them even though they were the ones that violated the lease and are evicting us. So watch out! They clearly dont care about honoring the agreement of the lease and with Indiana being a landlord state it’s not gonna matter if you have the evidence that the fees are bogus. So if you live here currently definitely be checking your bill EVERY MONTH to make sure they arent screwing you over, and if they are just get a lawyer immediately. If we could have afforded one we probably would have had a better outcome. And if you are looking into moving here, i just wouldnt! We have several unanswered maintenance request, mold in the vents, and i went over 24 hours without a toilet while pregnant because they just “didnt know” even though they were already here fixing it then just left without saying anything. They claim to be better than the previous owners but they definitely are not. As much as this suck, we are glad to be out. Be watching your bills!

  Just to start off I absolutely love the community and had an amazing start at this place april is a fantastic manager and the maintenance team act fast and efficient , I’m very grateful to be a resident :)
