- JBJulia Sarah Brilliant3 days ago2.0Today around 2:20 PM I went into the leasing office to inquire about the apartments and what they have to offer. It was my first time in the area, and I was attracted to all the restaurants and life surrounding the apartments. When I kindly asked questions to the woman in the leasing office, she was cold and very unhelpful. I was the only one in the leasing office so it wasn’t busy. Instead of doing her job and answering my questions (as an excited potential new resident), she referred me to the website and kept typing on her computer. When I tried to engage further, she literally turned her computer and said its all on the website. She was VERY rude. I rarely ever write reviews, especially bad experiences because they can be one-off, but this felt like an exception. Thought management should know.

Alonzo showed me the unit and even let me use his computer to fill out my application. That same day I was approved for the apartment I wanted. They made the whole process super smooth by giving me all the info I needed about my down payment and prorated rent. On move-in day, they reserved the elevator so I could get my stuff in without any issues. The entire process was a breeze, and the team here is awesome. I already feel at home and can definitely see myself staying here for years!

Not only are they not forthcoming with information prior to application but even when you do apply, they don't even send you your money back the right way and you will be charged $5 a month to use your own refund card. It's a SCAM! HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
