  My name is Renee I traveled from Ohio because I’m moving to Birmingham Alabama I searched everywhere and I found Ridley apartments the property manager was awesome made me feel welcome I felt at home already so I will be moving to the Ridley but only because of the property manager made me feel comfortable and secured

  These apartments were formerly known as The Park at Rocky Ridge, and unfortunately, my experience since the new management took over has been disappointing. I've had unresolved issues in my unit that have taken far too long to address. When I followed up, I was informed that the staff was short-handed and they would get to it as soon as possible. I leave several messages and do not received any response. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with ongoing problems and experience a clear lack of follow-up from both management and staff. The trash piles up high at the trash compactor and looks horrific on the weekends. I can barely drive up to drop off my trash. It is a huge eyesore for apartments advertising as luxury apartments.

  The maintenance and Staff does not care about tenants. There is a whole list I can go on about my experience here but I’ll let my pictures do the talking. Bad Mold and mildew, promised new countertops since day one never got them, never saw pest control come, nasty breezeways, they paint over mold and hornets nests. Never fixed my leaking fridge..

  We stayed for 2 years and we loved it. Spacious apartments with many storage places. The new management made the difference in communication and maintenance. Area is very quiet and safe.
