  We loved renting here. Our plan was to rent until we bought a house, and to be honest that was the only reason we left. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are quiet and look great, the location is convenient to Chenal Parkway, and the front office staff is friendly and helpful. We looked all over LR and thought this would be the best property for us, and we were not disappointed.

  I’ve lived here since 2023. It used to be perfection. Now pests are invading and residents are not cared for the way they used to be. Very sad. Not seeing a reply feature to their reply, so I'll add an edit: You may have replied, but you did not reply appropriately. Not putting in an immediate call for pest control is inexcusable, especially at your price point. It was never an issue under Courtney's management. Shall we list the other things? Fentanyl drug dealers soliciting children, violent tenants, animal feces on the grounds...these things were literally unheard of a year ago.

  Best community in Little Rock! The management and maintenance teams are fantastic. I lived here for two years and moved to a different apartment complex. I quickly realized it was a mistake and moved back to the Ridge.

  We have lived here for nearly 8 years which sums up what we think of it. The grounds are fantastic, the pool area is superb and the management plus maintenance teams are outstanding.. It's quiet, picturesque, friendly and secure. If I could take The Ridge with me back to the United Kingdom I would!
