  I moved into the Rialto in November of 2024. I am enjoying my time here. The complex is well run and well kept. Management is attentive to the needs of their residents. They strive to keep things running smoothly. If I stay in the Orlando area I will likely renew my lease for another year.

  The apartment looks nice and the view is great, but the walls are very thin — you can hear your neighbors constantly. When we moved out, they charged us for a trash can even though we had already returned it and have proof of that. It shows a clear lack of control in their management. We also had ants and cockroaches in the apartment even though we always kept everything clean. The common areas are often dirty, and there’s dog poop everywhere on the walking paths. The dog park is basically unusable because it’s never clean. For the price they charge, it’s really not worth it. The area also has a lot of traffic, which makes it even less enjoyable. There are definitely better options out there.

  If you have pets, please think twice before moving here. The apartment is breeding ground for bacteria and parasites my dog has become severely ill many times living here. Millions of roaches because of the roach infestation by the trash they have not dealt with. Fire alarm drills that are extremely loud and go on for literally 8 hours for multiple days. A lot of really trashy ppl live here, they are disrespectful and it's scary to live here. Multiple ppl have had their doors busted down and stuff stolen. We've spoken to management repeatedly and nothing has changed

  Luis Mercado from maintenance help me retrieve my silver pendant that I accidentally dropped in the sink—truly appreciated! The leasing staff were also very helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

  Great place, it's conveniently close to everything you need, food, shops, etc... Everyone is super friendly. They have a beautiful gym that open 24 hours, yay!
