Would prefer to take the time to respond to Google reviews then actually dealing with maintenance of their facility. Maintenance requests go unanswered for months causing major safety hazardous and the property doesn't trim trees or upkeep the facilities. Words mean nothing without action. They will respond to this review most likely with a number to call to resolve issues.... then they do not even answer when the number is called. Do not waste your time with a property that is so carelessly managed with zero accountability from corporate Venterra Realty Management Company.
