My husband and I have been living here for 2 years, and we just renewed our lease for a third year. Honestly, I’m surprised to see some of the negative reviews because during all this time we haven’t had a single bad experience. Of course, minor issues have come up in our apartment, but management has always been responsive and helpful. For example, our garbage disposal broke on a rainy Sunday, and a plumber still came out quickly and replaced it right away. Another time, our AC unit was leaking into the apartment below, and the team handled the emergency immediately—they replaced the unit and even provided us with space heaters to keep us comfortable during the work. More recently, when our AC stopped working at the beginning of summer, it wasn’t repaired the very next day because there were other service calls ahead of us, but within a few days it was fully fixed. Overall, they always do their best to address issues as quickly as possible. We truly love living here. It’s quiet, peaceful, and—at least in our building—very safe. We’ve never had a single package stolen. I’ve also seen reviews mentioning parking, but in my experience, 99% of the time we find a spot close to our building. Only on two occasions did we have to park a couple of buildings away, and honestly, compared to how parking works in many surrounding cities, this community is a huge advantage. It would definitely help if the crew could repaint the parking lines to reduce confusion and ensure visitors don’t take reserved spots. At the same time, I believe it’s also each resident’s responsibility to guide their guests on where to park—otherwise, if a car gets towed, that falls on the tenant due to miscommunication. As for trash, yes—it has been a recurring issue. But personally, I think it comes down to some residents not using the compactors properly. I’ve seen people leave their bags on the curb instead of putting them inside, which of course causes buildup. That being said, every morning on my way to work, I see Jared kindly picking up the trash and making sure it’s disposed of properly, so even when it happens, management does their best to keep things under control. At the end of the day, the staff has been nothing short of amazing—from Christina (who first welcomed us and no longer works here) to Bianca, Gina, Jared, and the rest of the team. They all go above and beyond to make us feel at home. We are genuinely happy here, and I truly recommend this place to anyone considering moving in. The staff and the community may not be perfect, but it’s clear they are doing their very best—and that makes all the difference.

The complex is a dump overpriced and They will tow you if you park in the front spot, but you’d never know it’s reserved because they don’t have any signs and The numbers are faded so you can hardly see them When you call Gina will tell you that she also lives there and you can see them and there’s a sign when you’re going up the hill that’s not even close to my girls complex and that they’ve only been with the company seven months so signs take time so you guys Can’t put up signs but happily tow people Just say you’re broke But I don’t know how cause you guys charge people $4000 for a three bedroom apartment put signs on the doors then print them out.

#@stevenspond: I have been waiting almost 3 months for my $500 deposit to be returned. They say they will call back but never do, they claim they mailed but never received. They refuse to issue refund electronically and claim that they can not speak directly to the accounts receivable department… what a crock of lies… its MY MONEY and they are not giving it back to me… bunch of thieves… STAY FAR AWAY, just awful.
