  Giving 2 stars only because of the flavor. I have come to the location a many times and have ordered the Trompo tower. The last two times I've ordered it there was a RIDICULOUS amount of fat, full tacos of fat, I pulled out a WHOLE plate worth and ask for some leaner (which I had originally asked for). Its really frustrating especially knowing that the tacos with the lesser amount is ALWAYS more lean. I asked the server to which he rudely replied well its pork it has fat. No, that's an unnecessary amount of fat. I NEVER got the plate of fat replaced with the meat. Will not be coming back. Thanks guys for your poor service.

  Loved the patio, Sam was attentive and made our first vist here wonderful. We ate the 10oz New York strip and the Salmon. Definitely need to come back and try the TexMex as the steak was a bit grisly, thin and overcooked. That's probably on me for ordering steak at a Mexican restaurant. The Salmon was very good and paired well with the sauce and rice served alongside it. Over all a very nice experience and we enjoyed it very much.

  We had such a great evening at The Reserve in Euless! I ordered a margarita along with the El Trio Picante and the Trompo Tower—everything was packed with flavor and perfectly made. The vibe was lively yet comfortable in the amazing and comfortable patio, and the drinks (especially the Mango Margarita and Michelada) really stood out. A huge shout-out to Michelle, our waitress, who made the night even better with her friendly attitude and attentive service. She made sure we had everything we needed without ever rushing us. If you’re looking for great food, amazing drinks, and top-notch service in Euless, The Reserve is the place to go. Can’t wait to come back!

  ⭐Don't eat here!!!!! ⭐We came in there were two dirty tables with food plates still on it. When we left they were still sitting there. The waitress was more worried about talking with her friends behind the grass wall then us. The enchiladas the cheese was cold. The rice taste like plastic. The person I was with also didn't like there food. When the waitress asked how we liked it when we were done I told her I would definitely not be coming back. She looked and me crazy said nothing walked off and talks with her friends more while we waited on her to bring the check. Not only was the food bad but it was dirty and customer service well there was no customer service! Never will I go there again!

  This was our first time visiting this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. From the start, service was slow. The first server took our drink order and we also asked for a queso flameado appetizer. Later, another waitress came by and said she saw no order entered for our table. She kindly rushed the appetizer to the kitchen, but by the time it arrived, we were surprised to see something completely different from what is traditionally known as queso flameado. Instead of melted, stretchy cheese (like queso quesadilla), it was more like nacho cheese — watery and impossible to eat with tortillas without making a mess. When it came to the main dishes: • My son ordered chicken enchiladas, which had a strange taste. • I ordered “enmoladas” and specifically asked if the chicken was grilled, and was told yes. What I received was shredded chicken, which I personally dislike and had tried to avoid. • My husband ordered the “tower” of 10 tacos, which on Instagram is shown beautifully displayed and with thinly sliced trompo meat. What we got was simply tacos laid out on a long wooden board, with chunks of meat that looked nothing like what was advertised. Another big disappointment was the bathrooms. I was about to go in when a young woman came out almost throwing up, saying the bathrooms were extremely dirty. The tanks and toilets were filthy and not flushing properly. That alone says a lot about how the place is maintained. Finally, despite being called Mexican Cuisine, the food does not represent authentic Mexican flavors at all — and strangely enough, we hardly saw any Hispanic customers inside, which explains a lot. Overall, the food presentation did not match what is promoted online, the flavors were off, the bathrooms were unacceptable, and the service was confusing and slow. Would I return? No. Would I recommend this place to others? Absolutely not. The restaurant itself isn’t fancy, but the bigger issue is that the food and environment do not deliver what they promise.
