I met designers who were very rigid with what they thought was right for my space. Joe went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He spent many hours working with me, providing me samples, and making sure everything was perfect. He was very patient and accommodating with my slow pace. When my Hunter Douglas products came in he noticed a minor problem that I did not, and that I truly believe others would have ignored, and had them replaced. I love the end result and will definitely go to Joe when I am ready to tackle other areas of the home.
