  The community itself is great and the front office staff are truly amazing. I enjoy living here and appreciate the people. Especially the serene pool area, and the tons of gym equipment. But the reality is that this complex was built fast, and it shows. Corners were clearly cut during construction and it impacts day-to-day living: - Huge gaps under doors, making it impossible not to hear everything in the hallway - Sloppy paint and finishes - A ‘gated community’ where the gates are never closed - Trash compactor that overflows often It’s frustrating, because the staff and location deserve better than the poor build quality. Until those issues are fixed, it feels like residents aren’t getting the value they were promised.

  LIVE HERE! The commute to either base is easier than a lot of other commutes. The surrounding area is growing, and has a lot to offer. If you are assigned Jack Edward’s for flight status it is an easy 45 min drive. The property itself is exceptional, with pickleball, a pool, and a great workout facility. Additionally a short walk away from the navy fed complex with fields, workout equipment, a pond, and fun walking trails. The staff is amazing and are always willing to help the residents in any way. They continue to go above and beyond by hosting themed events and focusing on the community of the Quinn. I recommend living here over all the other apartment options as the residents and staff both work together to make The Quinn your home.

  I love living here! The community is well maintained and the team is so friendly and welcoming. Madilyn, Stephanie, Shauna, Antrone and Eric all go above and beyond to make The Quinn feel like home. Maintenance requests are always completed quickly, and the leasing office team always has answers and solutions to my questions and concerns.

  I am new to Florida and was SO lucky to stumble upon this complex. The staff (maintenance, office, and leasing) are incredible people that genuinely care about the community. The pool area is clean and relaxing, the gym has everything you need, and the community/office space has been a life saver when I need to study/work. I cannot recommend The Quinn enough!

  Living at Quinn Luxury Apartments has been an incredible experience! The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained — it truly feels like a peaceful escape in the heart of Pensacola. The amenities are top-notch and everything has a luxury feel, just like the name promises. From move-in to now, the staff has been friendly and responsive. I especially want to mention Madilyn, who has been so kind and helpful throughout the process. She made my transition into the community seamless and always takes time to ensure everything is going smoothly. She goes above and beyond for the residents! If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, style, and great service, I highly recommend Quinn!
