It's my wind down place I love it. The only downside for me is that I don't get offers for the gifts and I do play a lot. But it's close to home and it's relaxing just talking to folks.

Had dinner tonight at 1717 inside the casino, the queen Danell Was our bartender she provided excellent service from the bar to the kitchen to whatever we needed excellent job on her part would highly recommend anyone to go and sit at the bar and have her as your She also made sure the kitchen time and everything did not miss a beat. The people are great especially Ms. Sunshine. I have been to many casinos in Louisiana and Vegas and I must say Ms Sunshine is the best. Love her attitude and her smile. I know why they call her Sunshine.

Some of the dealers have a bad attitude and they refuse to explain anything to you, which can be quite rude. It's disheartening when they prioritize their job over customer service. Additionally, some cocktail waiters take hours to bring your drink, leaving you feeling neglected and unimportant.

I did not experience a good experience. I really don’t like what’s going on at the queen I am really getting ready to stop coming there because I see that it’s a lot of favoritism they call the same names for the drawing. I feel that’s not right. Also they have pics and chooses of who they give certain types of gifts to. I feel that’s not right when you talk to the hosts they act like they cannot help you and say you do not have a host that’s not right I don’t understand. I spend my money there and I supposed to be happy but it’s not something things need to get better. I’ve been coming there since I’ve been 21 years Old Have not had my name called one time for anything. It is very much not right. I think I’m gonna start spending my money somewhere else
