  The Polishing Pad. They worked directly with my insurance company to make sure the claim was paid, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. The team did an outstanding job on my F-150 and made sure the rest of it was in perfect condition before returning it to me. They even detailed the truck, which was an amazing touch. There were also a couple of scratches and dents that they took care of, which was a great surprise. I highly recommend them to anyone needing body work or vehicle care – they truly go above and beyond!

  Thank you, Shane and crew, for the amazing experience. I scratched a family member’s car, and I didn’t know where to turn. I especially wanted to resolve the problem before this family member returned to town. Because I’m not from here, I didn’t know where to go, and I didn’t dare ask the neighbors for a recommendation for fear they would rat me out. I spent two days reading Google reviews of car shops on Staten Island before I read the Polishing Pad’s raving ones. Staten Island you should be proud: Shane and his crew are honest straight-shooters who do what they say and do it with integrity and professionalism. Shane even had the car washed and detailed… WOW! Ladies, feel free to travel to Polishing Pad from anywhere in the five boroughs with no fears of being fooled by a mechanic; as a woman, I’ve had more of those than I dare to admit. Polishing Pad I wish you many years of success!!!!!

  this is posting under my daughters name my name is Dawn i want to say I had a great experience with the polishing pad you would never know my car was hit plus they washed and detailed my car it looks amazing HIGHLY RECOMMEND so professional and caring they know I am a single mom and they made sure i had a ride to enterprise to get a rental and they arranged to bring it back for me and getting my car to me .   Vaughn & Shane (and Madison too!) are running an incredibly well oiled business. They would make their father so proud for they had big shoes to fill! They are honest, respectful men whose team does superior work. I’ve brought too many cars there to count (many more than once 🫣) and somehow, my cars come back looking better than when I picked them up from the dealership! They make everything seamless for their customers which is highly appreciated: from arranging rental car drop offs/pick ups, even to sending me home in an uber if I’m just dropping off. There is nobody else I’d recommend to others and certainly nobody else I’d let touch my cars. From minor to major damage, there is no job they haven’t been able to handle!
