  Marilyn Evans here - I love this place! I will say that the electric bills are high in the winter but we have lofted spaces and it’s electric only. That isn’t something the property can really control at this point but it’s worth every penny. So keep that in mind when reading negative posts about the bills in the winter. (There’s also no gas bill!) the electric company will also work with you on payments if you can’t pay it all at once. I’ve found them to be extremely kind during a personal situation I had when I couldn’t make the payment in full. (Again this is outside of the pointe or the office here) Andi and Millie are wonderful, the maintenance men are very kind and will literally do anything in their power to fix things on the spot! Our grounds person recently passed away, and he was such a wonderful human that the complex really mourned him. Which speaks to the level of care our leasing agents and staff provide. Renting is never perfect, but I’ve lived in different apartments for the last 10 years and this by far, is my favorite place! The pool and club house feel like a resort in the summertime. I hope to live here for many years to come! 5 stars all the way! Oh and the coffee bar is “on pointe” ❤️

  This complex is a complete joke. They changed my move in date more than once They promised a free month special but didn’t follow through with their promise after I paid the application fee and administrative fee. Now they are asking for a full month of rent up front when October was supposed to be free.

  This management is nothing but a feels like a scam. The management lies to your face to get you to sign a lease, then twists their words and hides behind “misunderstandings” to squeeze more money out of you. They are scammers, plain and simple. Repairs are dragged out forever, disputes are ignored, and they refuse to respond to calls or emails when you try to hold them accountable. Their entire business model seems built on misleading tenants, trapping them in unfair agreements, and dodging responsibility whenever they’re caught. This is not just poor management. It’s unethical and predatory. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this management. They will scam you, waste your time, and cost you thousands.
