- YZYan zhouSep 18, 20251.0I will never use them for a backflow test again. After they finished the test yesterday and left, our ice maker machine started leaking. When they first called asking for payment, I already told them that because of their work, the water pipe to the ice maker had been broken, causing the leak. They said they would report it to their technician, but I never heard back. The leak only got worse, so I called again. Instead of addressing the issue, they kept insisting that we pay the bill. I explained clearly that the leak was caused by their technician breaking the pipe during the backflow test and asked them to send someone to repair it. Their response? That it was a “different service” and they would not cover the repair. Worse, they even tried to pressure us, saying that if we didn’t pay, the backflow test wouldn’t pass, our water would be shut off, and we wouldn’t be able to operate. In the end, we had no choice but to hire our own professional to fix the pipe. This technician confirmed that the broken pipe was new and not worn out from age — the break was clearly caused by external force. I usually don’t leave negative or long reviews, but their service really left me furious. Their attitude was condescending and dismissive on top of everything else. If I could, I would give them zero stars.
