  Customer care IS A JOKE!! Sat on my taxes for four days, no phone call or any attempt to reach out to tell me that they couldn't get to them after they told me to bring them in to be done before the deadline.

  Rick Siron is an expert at his job. I would recommend he and his associates to anyone. who wants an accountant, with your interests in mind. I have been going to The Planners for quite a few years now and have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly and helpful!
