  Long term resident. Every staff member from the office to maintenance is kind, intentional, and prompt in replying to any concerns or needs. They keep up with repairs around the complex and communicate these proactively. They also host fun resident events. A great place to live!

  I’ve waited a few months since moving into The Phoenix to write my review. I moved in February, completely new to Fort Worth, leaving my hometown was a big leap for me, but The Phoenix has made the transition feel seamless and welcoming. From the beginning, Kimberlee was amazing. She gave me a thorough tour of the complex and the unit I ultimately chose. She was incredibly knowledgeable about both the property and the surrounding area. Throughout the process, she was kind, responsive, and patient, even when I sent multiple follow-up emails (which she always answered with a great attitude!). After touring other apartments around Fort Worth, I felt The Phoenix was the best fit for me, and I’m happy to say I was right. The move-in process was incredibly smooth, with most of it done from my phone, which was super convenient. On move-in day, Kimberlee greeted me with my welcome packet, walked me to my apartment, and happily answered even more of my questions. Living here has been nothing short of amazing. Like any area, this one has its quirks, but I feel incredibly safe, which means everything, especially as someone living alone. The apartment was spotless when I moved in, and I absolutely love the modern appliances, flooring, spacious layout, THE VIEW (!!), valet trash, in-unit washer/dryer, and the unbeatable location. Since I work from home, I spend a lot of time in the apartment and around the complex, and I’ve noticed how hard the maintenance team works to keep everything clean and well-maintained. I’ve only met Trey once, but he was so kind and helpful. Overall, living at The Phoenix has been the best experience I’ve had. It has made me enjoy Ft. Worth that much more making it feel like home. The Phoenix truly emulates luxury in so many more ways than the norm and I feel lucky to be apart of it.

  Staff that goes above and beyond ✨ My first weekend at the Phoenix- Trey saw me walking the dogs and introduced himself. I also accidentally got myself locked out of- not only the complex ( which hooray for safety measures that are taken to keep us safe), but my apartment itself. Allison noticed me stressed and confused and immediately offered her assistance to get me back into the building and home. First impressions are everything. And I just happened to need extra help my first 3 days here. I wasn’t made to feel like a burden or a hassle to help. I love this place and will recommend the Phoenix over and over again. They don’t ride off of being shiny and new. Because they don’t have to. They don’t have to try and sell or convince you to lease. The staff presents themselves so authentically it feels pressure free and immediately feels like home. They want people who want to be there and choose to be there. That’s what makes it such a great community. The staff and all of the neighbors around.
