My stay at the Pfister Hotel was far from average—it was truly exceptional. What makes this hotel stand out is the staff; every single employee participates in making your stay unforgettable. The team at the front desk was especially friendly and professional, making you feel like you are the only guest they have. The hotel itself is stunning, with a "super fancy" royal style and beautiful art everywhere you look. This attention to detail extends to the rooms. Everything was immaculately clean (I'm talking "Monica clean"!), and the sheets were pristine. We were also very pleased to find that room service was available and happily offered until late in the evening. My favorite part of the hotel was the 23rd floor. The Club Lounge has a beautiful view, which is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning, and they offer snacks all day. The swimming pool is also conveniently located on the same floor. There is so much to do at the hotel that I couldn't even get to everything in the course of four days. It was a 10/10 experience, and I can't wait to return.

i got the shittiest room in the hotel. 2nd floor overlooking the alley, complimented by dumpster noise and loading dock ambiance. As an IPrefer member, I asked for a different room(not even an upgrade mind you). i was dutifully denied and told no others were available. When i asked housekeepers to bring extra pillows and blankets, they took my gratuity, but never delivered. I’ll stay elsewhere next time and recommend you do too.

I recently stay at The Pfister Hotel, What an Experience! Old Charm with Modern Updates that blend to seamlessly, the room what divine only the finest materials and the bed oh my goodness what a dream sleep I had both nights. And they loved my dogs pebbles and bam bam and showed such care and attention. This is top notch service, I can't wait for the opportunity to go again. - Michael Coleman, Denver Colorado

The Pfister is truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. We love stopping in on weekends to enjoy the Blu Lounge with its stunning views, the cozy café, and the inspiring Artist in Residence studio. For a relaxing getaway, an overnight stay is always a treat—especially with Club Access and dinner at the Mason Street Grill. There’s so much to do that you never even have to leave the hotel! The pool on the 23rd floor offers breathtaking views of downtown, while the spa on the first floor is perfect for unwinding. The tower rooms are wonderful, but our absolute favorites are the newly remodeled historic suites—they’re simply incredible. The Pfister is family-friendly, filled with charm, and hosts special events throughout the holidays. With its rich history and stories of famous guests, including presidents and celebrities, it’s truly a Milwaukee treasure that everyone should experience.

My husband and I spent a night at The Pfister as a birthday treat to him. We opted to use the self-parking option in their parking structure, which was easy to navigate. Upon arriving at the front desk (inside of a STUNNING lobby area), we were warmly greeted by Trayhearne, who walked us through the hotel’s general amenities and graciously answered any questions we had. Later in the evening, we went down to the lobby lounge to share some drinks. Sarah was the lounge server for the evening and it was truly incredible to catch glimpses of her practically gliding through the lounge area. She clearly knows her job extremely well, and she was very kind and attentive while still juggling at least 15 other people as well as certain aspects of the private Rouge room event. Our room itself was delightful and clean. The tower room offered a pretty view of a portion of the city as well as the Hoan bridge and Lake Michigan. The gorgeous walk-in shower and complimentary products in the bathroom were refreshing, and our bed provided one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while. 10/10 would stay at The Pfister again.
