  I called to get some information for my parents because they were looking to switch their homeowners' insurance and all of their cars. Christy was able to get started on getting a quote immediately after I sent her a list of the car's information and the current coverage on the house. If you're looking for new insurance, I'd highly recommend giving them a call. They're fast, friendly and get you taken care of and help you save as much as possible while still getting you the best coverage.

  Worst customer service we've ever experienced in the insurance industry. Our policy was automatically renewed last year without a review, or a call from the agency and our plan had doubled in price. We shopped on our own this year after receiving a notice from the insurance company, not the agency mind you, that said they were automatically changing our plan from 6 months to 12 months and about to charge us over 4k! How interesting that our new insurance company told us that our price would decrease after 6 months because a claim would be taken off our record and therefore lower our rate when the 6 month renewal was due! Our new policy is half the price and will be an additional $600 less in 6 months for more coverage than we had before! HERE'S THE BEST PART... We had extreme difficulty getting Parnell to send us the cancellation document, but we finally got it and we hand delivered it back to the agency weeks before our renewal date and they just charged our CC for the policy to be renewed!!!!!
