  Quando me mostraram um apartamento com utensílios novos como microondas máquina de lavar louça ! Falaram que o apartamento estava em reforma! Quando entrei era tudo velho e sujo ! Mando email e não tem nenhuma resposta sobre isso. Fui no office falaram que ia trocar mas agora estão se lixando e não responde! Infelizmente não não foi uma boa experiência pra mim! Ainda tá cheio de baratas! Está insuportável!

  Por este medio, hago público que esta empresa debe ser inspeccionada por las autoridades competentes. Mi familia fue afectada por las condiciones inhumanas en las que se encontraba el apartamento Número 204, por la falta de fumigación para el mantenimiento y prevención de las plagas, la situación fue tan grave que tuvimos que mudarnos de apartamento ( dentro del mismo complejo residencial), ya que fue una de las opciones que la administración nos ofreció dieron su palabra de no cobrarnos por los días mientras nos ubicaban en otro departamento y no cumplieron nos cobraron aún más de los días mandando esta deuda a un departamento de cobranza. Solo agradezco a Mara quien respondía de manera inmediata del resto la manager una persona que no se puede Nisiquiera hablar y no cumple con su palabra.

  My husband and I lived at this community for about 5 years. We enjoyed living in here because the apartments were spacious and the community was quiet. The entire time that we lived here however, interacting with the office for ANYTHING at all ever was incredibly frustrating. If you talked to three different people at the front office about anything at all, you would get 3 different answers. Picking up lost packages was a hassle, having work orders completed was a hassle, moving from one apartment to another was a hassle, breaking our lease was a hassle. It got to the point where I had to put everything in writing with the manager so they wouldn't try to lie later and there STILL would be issues. I even tried to get in touch with property manager when they tried to charge us for having a "cat smell" at our apartment when we didn't and never had one, and they literally just never called/emailed me back. Despite this, Mara was always very helpful and resourceful. The apartment themselves are nice, but if you move here beware of the front office and try to be as self-sufficient as possible, keeping written records of everything you NEED to talk to the front desk about.
