  DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!! I Repeat RUN!!! Community Director very unprofessional. Apartment has flooded twice, roaches like hell. It’s not worth it.

  Brennan, the woman is amazing and super patient . I love my apartment. Beautiful layout! I give it a 100. A for those whom had a “bad experience” you probably should check yourselfs . These people make steeplechase look like these use to be the projects in Detroit. SUPER NICE UPGRADES THAT ARE ALSO STILL IN RHE WORKS ! Very much clean ! Can’t wait till they build the gym ! This management team is amazing a willing to accommodate your needs ! An Brianna is super sweet I actually believe she might not have a rude bone in her body ! 🫠🥰😘

  Me & my family just moved into this beautiful 2 story, 2 BR, 2 BA apartment here in the Papillon. It is actually newly & beautifully renovated. Our leasing manager Brannan Rogers took really good care of us, making sure we got exactly the unit & layout we wanted. She just made everything so smooth so that our move in was prompt & uncomplicated. Definitely 5 stars & a BIG thanks to the ladies in the office. My family & I love our new home! So grateful..

  I loved the staff. Michael in the office was so helpful. I tried to lease here, but the waitlist was a issue bc I was looking to move in right now but It was amazing to see all the good changes happening. I wish i could of gotten to see the renovations!

  I have been having issue with my stove and I called and within 48 I had the issue resolved!! Micheal is a joy to the community!! And maintenance man Treces was very quick and friendly. The staff is the reason I am considering staying out here for another year. Tiffany S.
