  Have enjoyed living at The Oxbow, so much so that I re-signed my lease last summer. Like any new build apartment complex, there’s some issues with construction quality and noise insulation. However, prices are competitive, the units and amenities are nice, and the grounds are amazing. Additionally, I’ve had great experiences with the staff. The maintenance team always responds promptly and won’t call a job finished until the issue is resolved. The front office folks are kind, know all their residents, and are willing to work with you. That type of consistency should be a major consideration in choosing where to rent.

  The maintenance team is awesome!! Mason and John work very hard. They were super helpful when my oven was messed up. They had it working the next day. Thanks dudes!! 🤘

  I placed a maintenance ticket in the resident portal for repairs on my shower. They responded within 2 hours and everything was fixed within 4 hours. Amazing!!! Everything was clean and working perfectly when I got home. Thank you so much!!!!
