  THE WORST PLACE ANYONE COULD EVER LIVE AT. PEOPLE SMOKE WEED INSIDE APARTMENTS THEY HAVE MOLD IN THE ROOFS THERE FLOORS ARE COMING APART FROM THE BASE BOARDS THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING. IF YOUR AC BREAKS YOU MIGHT AS WELL FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE MONTHS TO FIX AND ACT LIKE ITS NO BIG DEAL. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CLEANING THE POOLS THE WHOLE 2 YEARS WE LIVED THERE SOMEONE CAME OUT MAYBE 3 TIMES TO CLEAN IT. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A BETTER PLACE I PROMISE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESES APARTMENTS. THEY ARE NOT KID FRIENDLY AT ALL. PLEASE REVIEW THE COMMENTS BEFORE DECIDING ON RENTING FROM THESES PEOPLE.

  This management company is incompetent. they have no money. refuse to fix issue, and constantly without power due to not paying their own bills. also a little birdie told me they don't pay their employees either. Something about low liquidity? plan ahead people.

  I was a resident at the Overlook for a year. While I was there one of the residents fired off a gun at the pool at 1 AM. After the gunshots, multiple police showed up and searched around the whole apartment complex. A few weeks later, around 5 AM, about 2 dozen cops in swat gear raided the apartment directly next to mine. After the raid my wife and I decided to move out to safer area. We had about 3 months left on our lease and ended up paying the whole lease even though the apartment sat empty for over 2 months. During my time there the management changed 3 times so it was very hard to get in contact with anyone from the leasing office. There were a number of other issues with the washing/drying machine being out of service and HVAC problems. On top of all that the lease was over in November of 2024 and I still have not received my security deposit back. I have tried dozens of times to call and left messages. I have also tried showing up during the scheduled office hours multiple times and no one is ever there. The security deposit was only about $300 dollars but that is still not nothing. I still have the keys to the apartment because the office staff has been ignoring me.

  Terrible the place is literally falling apart they don't care and everybody getting eviction notices to move for renovations. They dont care about nothing. Do your research dont waste your money. Very terrible company to deal with!

  These apartment homes are simply amazing !! From the new management team to the beautiful view ,i would definitely give more than just 5 stars if i could !! If you are looking for a place to stay PLEASE stop by and schedule a tour i promise you will not be disappointed !! Again , to the management team keep up the great work , you are really making a difference
