- KFKarina FariasSep 23, 20255.0I’ve lived here for the past year and a half and have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. The staff is always approachable, prompt, and friendly. The amenities here are resort style and definitely has a luxurious feeling to it.
- CBChristy BrandonJun 26, 20251.0This is the worst living experience. The trash bin is constantly overflowing on a daily basis. Bugs, flies, and vultures were hovering everyday. The doors to the secured buildings never worked. They were open to for anybody to come in and out at all hours. The maintenance team could not keep up with all of the problems. The hallways were rarely cleaned and often smelled terrible. The Parcel Pending service rarely worked. The packages were frequently just left in the mailroom for anyone to take. The gym equipment was not up to par and was broken frequently with no signs placed on them for people to know not to use them. They painted the “reserve spots “ and got paint all over my car, but would not take responsibility for it. No one ever cleaned up after their pets, and you would find poop throughout the property. When we would bring the issues to the office, we were told things like “there is only 3 of us, and 180 of you”. We tried to move to a newer property with the same company, and were told no because we needed to finish out our lease. This is the same company, yet our issues were not taken into consideration. We paid on time every month and were never late, but were not given the attention that the past due occupants were given. It was very disappointing and I would not recommend you move in there. It is NOT a luxury apartment experience by any means.

- OMOmar MartinezMay 29, 20254.0Part of the staff is excellent, I want to point out Andy who has helped out a lot. The apartment was not completely clean when we moved. And space is very limited for the price. Other than that we are happy that we have the apartment.
