We are so pleased with our community and the purchasing process was so smooth. 5 stars isn’t enough especially for the service, communication, kindness, and true knowledge that Walt Villars provided. He made sure we not only found the best home for our family, but took the time to truly understand what we wanted and helped us every step of the way. Buying a home, especially your first home, is a huge decision and if you’re looking for the right community and people to help, you’ve found it here.

Walter Villars (sales) and Brandon West (construction manager) made our interstate home buying experience extremely enjoyable and easy. Both individuals are strong, detailed communicators and are always willing to assist us with our questions and concerns. We highly recommend purchasing a home through Centex/Pulte.

Robin Edwards went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the home we loved! I would highly recommend her to walk you through the sales process.
Our builder Landon Fruge was also great, he made sure we were satisfied with what options we picked and was extremely thorough in every step of the process. Landon was very easy to communicate with always making himself available, I would highly recommend him!

The experience we had with Centex was awful! 6 months after ZERO movement on our home and being gaslighted every time we reached out, we decided to walk away from thousands of dollars to go to a different builder. It has now been A YEAR since we signed and that house only has framing. Unless you have 2 years to wait on your home (which is what they are allowed by the contract) don’t even bother speaking with them. Also, the things that they want to charge ridiculous amounts for that are “extra” are standard with DR Horton homes like overhead lighting, crown molding, irrigation, poured concrete patio, patio overhang, and blinds. This is the worst builder we have ever dealt with, stay away if at all possible. Your home is such a large investment and these people treat it like your buying a happy meal from McDonald’s.
