I asked many questions all of which were answered politely and proved very informative. They were clear about what the costs were and it actually turned out that I did need the chimney cleaned! I paid for only the work done. They will send me a reminder in about 2 years for a chimney cleaning. I like this company!

Ken immediately identified the problem, crafted a solution and they began work. Ken and his crew worked hard, completing the work in one day paying close attention to details including not adding any soot during the removal of the faulty construction and relined the chimney according to industry standards. Ken representing his company is the gold standard in his field. Our family now will enjoy a cozy fire this winter without setting off all the smoke detectors thanks to Ken and his associate.
